Role Description The Legal Assistant Intern will support the legal and administrative activities of Choice4Voice.com in a remote internship role. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with the review of user-submitted concerns and supporting documentation, helping prepare basic legal and administrative documents under supervision, and organizing case information for internal use.



The intern will help maintain accurate records, track communications and follow-ups with concerned parties, and support coordination with external advocates when needed. This role also involves clear, professional written communication with users and team members, helping ensure that concerns are documented and processed in a timely and organized manner.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Law and interest in developing skills as a Legal Assistant.
• Ability to assist with Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing materials under supervision.
• Robust Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Competence in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as data entry, file management, scheduling, and records maintenance.
• Enrollment in or completion of a program in law, legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related fiel
