Role Description The Vice President of Sales (VP Sales) is a contract, remote role responsible for leading HPIPL’s sales strategy and driving revenue growth across domestic and international markets. The individual will oversee sales planning,



pipeline development, and execution, while managing key accounts and building long-term customer relationships within the infrastructure, real estate, and mobility sectors. Day-to-day activities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, guiding sales teams, and collaborating with leadership on go-to-market and pricing strategies. The VP Sales will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. This role requires regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to support data-driven decisions and sustainable growth.
