The Mission
We aren't looking for slow-moving bureaucracy custodians or slide-deck builders. We need an agile, high-momentum Partner Growth Manager based in Northern Virginia or Maryland who knows how to monetize Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and distributors.
Your primary focus is turning our existing anchor VAR partnership into a recurring revenue engine while selectively onboarding and activating new secondary distribution channels. Open pipeline means nothing unless it converts—this role is measured directly on channel-sourced closed revenue.
