Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute day-to-day online marketing activities to strengthen Aayu’s brand presence and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include planning and running social media campaigns, optimizing digital channels, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling content aligned with brand guidelines.



The role also entails analyzing web and campaign data, recommending improvements, and staying informed about fashion and digital marketing trends relevant to Aayu’s audience. This is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad, requiring close coordination with merchandising, design, and operations teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning and execution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics for performance tracking and optimization.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer-facing messaging.
