- Version control: Git, branching strategies
- Dependency management: Conan, PyPi, vcpkg
- Soft skills: Independence, problem-solving, documentation

Embedded Software Developer (3 - 5)

- Embedded software: ≥5 years’ experience, C/C++
- RTOS: Zephyr, low-level driver development
- Debugging & profiling: MCU-specific, performance tuning
- Security: Secure coding, cryptography
- CI/CD & Dev Ops: Git Lab, Jenkins, Axivion
- Documentation & testing: Architecture, test coverage ≥80%
- Soft skills: Scrum, agile methodologies, communication
