Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with hands-on experience in implementation, support, and solution design. You’ll play a key role in client engagements, leading workshops, delivering configurations, and mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for SuccessFactors modules (EC, ONB 2.0, RCM, RMK, ECP, IAS/IPS etc)
• Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and design scalable solutions
• Configure, test, and deploy SF modules aligned to best practices
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
• Mentor and guide junior consultants in project delivery





Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience
• Expertise in at least two core modules (EC, ONB 2.0, RCM, RMK, ECP, IAS/IPS etc)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and global HR compliance
• Hands-on experience with CPI / Integration setups
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• SAP Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module (preferred)
