Role Description The Vice President of Business Development is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara, responsible for leading growth initiatives and expanding Vinrox’s customer base in target markets. This position oversees the end-to-end business development lifecycle,



including identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue through tailored solutions in electronic design and manufacturing services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, leading sales activities, negotiating commercial contracts, and managing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates closely with executive leadership, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to align business strategies with delivery capabilities and profitability goals. The Vice President also monitors market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market approaches and support sustainable growth.
