The candidate must know end-to-end contract staffing process. 3. Should have knowledge of P&L;, Costing, and Budgeting. 4. Would be responsible for building the lead pipeline and soliciting new leads to open current business prospects. 5.



Would be responsible for following up with each of the prospects/leads and developing more than 50% into a signed contract.
Would be actively participating in the process of setting up the New Client Acquisition process and net new sales process in the organization. 7. Managing the Customer Relationship and achieving excellence. 8. Should actively seek client feedback in regular intervals and share the same with the operations team to drive customer excellence.
