Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
Robust knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
