Underwriting all General Insurance proposals (experience in SME Property, Engineering, Marine preferably)
Analyze the client's risk profile including their nature of business, existing insurance coverage, past claims experience, etc.
Collate necessary client data/documents and prepare RFQs of various insurers based on the same
Maintain a working knowledge of all current underwriting guidelines, regulatory and reinsurance policies
Developed and maintained relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
Coordinate with insurers and various departments such as Sales and Client Servicing for finalizing quotes.
