Job Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and close current business prospects with corporates, SMEs, financial institutions, and distribution partners.
Achieve assigned sales targets for Group Term Life, Credit Life, and other group products.
Develop solid relationships with brokers, corporate agents, banks, NBFCs, and employee benefit consultants.
Conduct regular partner engagement activities, product trainings, and joint sales calls.
Ensure high partner satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand customer needs and provide timely proposals and customized solutions.
Track competitor offerings, pricing trends, and regulatory updates impacting group insurance.
Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, operations, and finance teams for proposal issuance and policy servicing.
Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and reporting.
