Automation Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in equipment development for EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industries
Robust knowledge of PLC programming, including ladder logic or function blocks
Handson experience with HMI development, alarm handling, recipe management, and manual/auto operation modes
Proficient in selection, integration, and troubleshooting of sensors, actuators, servo motors, VFDs,



and pneumatic systems
Valuable understanding of electrical control panels, wiring diagrams, safety circuits, and industrial components
Practical exposure to machine commissioning, debugging, FAT/SAT activities, and onsite troubleshooting
Familiar with EMS equipment such as PCB handling systems, functional testers, dispensing, and labelling machines
Basic knowledge of vision systems, barcode/QR scanners, and production traceability concepts
Awareness of machine safety standards, emergency circuits, and riskassessment practices
Robust problemsolving ability with focus on shopfloor support, uptime improvement, and process stability
Effective communication skills for coordination with mechanical, electrical, production, and quality teams
