Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to dealers, retailers, system integrators, and existing customers.
Generate sales enquiries and identify current business opportunities.
Follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Share product information, pricing, offers, and availability with customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop robust business relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
Update daily call records, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
Promote Nakoda Electronics CCTV, surveillance, networking, access control, and related products.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely follow-up.

Preferred Candidate Profile
03 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or B2B sales preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.




Kannada and Hindi communication preferred; English is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
Confident, energetic, and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Good follow-up skills with a target-oriented approach.
Candidates from CCTV, networking, electronics, IT hardware, or electrical distribution backgrounds will be preferred.
Should be comfortable working with dealers, retailers, and business customers.
