Provide technical support to SVCs and retail outlets, assist in device testing and troubleshooting, manage MSL and spare requirements, track complaints and warranty cases, support product training, and coordinate with regional teams.
Required Candidate profile
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Communication or IT with 1–3 years of experience in mobile service or technical support. Knowledge of smartphones, Android, hardware, diagnostics, CRM/WMS, inventory.
