. Estimation Responsibilities
Study project drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical documents received from clients or consultants.
Prepare detailed material estimation, quantity take-off, and cost analysis for Fire Fighting / MEP projects.
Prepare client bills as per project progress.
Check and verify site measurements received from engineers.
Maintain measurement sheets, joint measurements, and supporting documents.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

. Cost Control & Budgeting
Support project team in budget preparation and cost monitoring.
Identify cost-saving prospects without compromising quality.
