Role & responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Vendor/customer invoice accounting, verification and ledger reconciliation.
Record and allocate customer receipts and resolve on-account, unallocated and suspense receipts.
Monitor receivables, ageing and coordinate for collection follow-up.
Handle vendor outstanding reconciliation and payment-related activities.
Handle related GST, TDS and Input Tax Credit reconciliations.
Resolve accounting discrepancies by coordinating with customers, vendors and internal teams.
Ensure accounting entries and reconciliations are completed accurately and within timelines.
Support month-end closing and other routine accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Com with 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.
Good practical knowledge of AR, AP, GST,



TDS and ledger reconciliation.
Valuable Excel and accounting software skills.
Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping experience preferred.
Active, responsible and hands-on approach to work.
Solid ownership, accuracy and commitment to completing work on time.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Should be flexible to work across both AR and AP responsibilities based on work allocation.
