Role & responsibilities
Robust experience in Windows Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewalls, DNS, LAN/WAN Network Security & Group Policy Management
Robust experience antivirus console management & Group Policy.
Virtualization Technologies (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Teams.)
Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
System Monitoring, Performance Tuning & Troubleshooting
Incident, Change & Problem Management Experience
Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
Install, configure, administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
Manage Active Directory, Domain Controllers, GPO, DNS and AD Replication.
Perform server patching, hardening and security updates.
Independently troubleshoot Windows, AD and VMware infrastructure issues.
Coordinate with vendor teams for complex technical issues.
Participate in Incident, Problem and Change Management activities.
Ensure infrastructure availability and adherence to SLA.
