Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and tender documents for civil projects.
Conduct site visits to gather data on materials, labor, and equipment required for construction.
Analyze project requirements to create accurate cost estimates and cash flow projections.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Should be Proficient in AutoCAD, MS office including Excel, MS Project.
Key responsibilities include development of accurate detailed project estimate, bar charts, preparing bill of quantities, BBS, verification of contractors bills as per contract terms & conditions.
