Lead quality management system (QMS) implementation, ensuring compliance with IATF standards.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure vendor quality meets customer requirements.
Manage customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute quality plans for sheet metal fabrication, press shop operations, weld shop processes, powder coating applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in auto ancillary production.
