Technical skills
Robust proficiency in Python and the pytest framework
Experience with embedded C/C++, RTOS and microcontroller architectures
Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC,PMSM)
Robust understanding of motor control principles (BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors)
Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN)
Hardware expertise with STM, XMC and similar controllers
Experienced in schematic design and reading
Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and motor test benches
Familiarity with hardware debugging tools
Track, analyse and report defects using JIRA or similar tools.

Domain and leadership
Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications
Proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
Client-facing experience
Positive to have
Prior experience with MAGTROL is a big plus.
Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
Mandatory skills - Embedded testing, Python automation (pytest), motor control (BLDC, PMSM), client facing experience
