Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with daily sales and coordination activities.
Support lead generation and maintain lead databases.
Make follow-up calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Coordinate meetings, demos, and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports.
Conduct online research to identify potential clients.
Handle email and call-based communication with prospects.
Prepare basic sales reports and documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.
Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, MBA, B.Com, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional communication over calls.
Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good follow-up and organizational skills.
