Finance & Accounting Management
Establish accounting systems, procedures, policies, and internal controls.
Manage complete accounting operations from transaction recording to finalization of
accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Maintain general ledger, trial balance, and reconciliations.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
Import & Export Accounting and Compliance
Handle accounting and financial aspects of import and export transactions.
Verify Bills of Entry, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills and related
documents.
Manage foreign currency transactions and exchange rate accounting.
Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI and DGFT regulations.
Handle LC, BG and trade finance activities
3.Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and reconciliations.
Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory payments.
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
Financial Reporting & MIS
Monthly MIS, profitability analysis, budgets and forecasts.
Cash flow management and working capital monitoring.
Reporting to management and overseas headquarters.
Preparing reporting packages for consolidation in accordance with group reporting requirements.
Payroll & Employee Compliance
Payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
PF, ESI, Qualified Tax and other statutory compliances
Audit & Corporate Compliance
Coordinate statutory, tax and internal audits.
Maintain accounting and statutory records.
Coordinate with CA, CS and legal consultants
