Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) such as nanoparticles, liposomes, nanoemulsions, and controlled-release formulations.
Conduct formulation development, characterization, and data analysis.
Design and execute research experiments using QbD and DOE approaches.
Prepare technical reports, scientific publications, patents, and project presentations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and technology transfer.
Skills Required:
Solid knowledge of advanced drug delivery systems and formulation development.
Hands-on experience with analytical and characterization techniques.
Scientific writing, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.
Experience: PhD Fresher or 05 years Post-Doctoral research experience in NDDS or related areas.
