We are seeking an experienced Consultant Gynecologist / Obstetrician to provide comprehensive womens healthcare, including OPD consultations, antenatal and postnatal care, management of high-risk pregnancies, gynecological procedures and surgeries, and obstetric emergencies. The role involves IPD rounds, patient counseling, clinical decision-making, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OPD consultations and diagnose/manage gynecological and obstetric conditions.
Provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care.
Manage high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies.
Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries as per expertise.
Conduct IPD rounds and ensure continuity of patient care.
Counsel patients regarding treatment, reproductive health and preventive care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow hospital protocols.
Preferred candidate profile
MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Valid NMC/State Medical Council registration.
Relevant experience as a Consultant Gynecologist / Obstetrician in a hospital setting.
Robust clinical exposure in OPD consultation, obstetric emergencies, gynecological procedures/surgery, and IPD management.
Excellent clinical judgment, patient communication and counseling skills.
Willingness to work in a full time hospital-based role.
