Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic qualified to manage crew transport operations, ensuring secure, timely, and efficient transportation for crew members. The role involves vendor management, transport planning, automation tools, MIS reporting, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage crew transport scheduling, routing, dispatch, and real-time tracking.
Ensure seamless crew pick-up and drop-off operations.
Coordinate with crew scheduling, airport operations, and vendors.
Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and service quality.
Utilize GPS tracking, transport management systems, and automation tools.
Generate MIS reports, analyze operational data, and drive improvements.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, vehicle compliance, and audit requirements.




Handle transport-related escalations and stakeholder communication.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in transport operations, fleet management, employee transportation, aviation operations, or logistics.
Robust experience in vendor management, MIS reporting, and transport operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and transport management tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Candidates residing near the airport location will be preferred.
