Job Description: Gangwal Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced and dedicated Operators for our Production Department in Boisar. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production machines.
Handle core manufacturing and packaging processes including Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blister Packing, and Sachet Packing.
Ensure operations align with SOPs and GMP guidelines.
Perform routine machine checks, basic troubleshooting, and maintain hygiene in the production area.
Accurately complete production records and documentation.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality control teams to achieve daily production targets.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.
Availability: Must be ready to work in rotational shifts.
Attributes: Valuable understanding of GMP, disciplined, detail-oriented, and a solid team player
