Role Summary
We are looking for solid Java Backend Engineers with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka and GCP/GKE. The role involves developing scalable enterprise services, building event-driven integrations, deploying cloud-native applications and contributing to CI/CD and production engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Build scalable and reusable backend components and REST APIs.
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka.
Design and implement highly scalable and repeatable integrations.
Deploy and manage applications on GCP/GKE using Kubernetes and Docker.
Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Spanner or SQL/NoSQL.
Implement unit, component and integration testing.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality, low-complexity code.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
Troubleshoot application and production issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.
Apply DevOps/SRE/Agile practices for continuous improvement.
For senior engineers: contribute to architecture,
technical design and solution decisions.
