Role & responsibilities:
Coordinate patient appointments, registration, and scheduling for MHC/health check-up services.
Welcome patients and guide them through the complete health check-up process.
Verify patient details, documents, consent forms, and required medical records.
Coordinate patient movement across laboratory, radiology, ECG, imaging, consultation, and other departments.
Ensure all prescribed investigations are completed within the scheduled time.
Follow up with respective departments for pending investigations and reports.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for consultations and medical review.
Handle patient queries and provide timely information regarding procedures, reports, and timelines.
Prepare and verify billing details based on the applicable MHC package and services availed.
Coordinate with the billing team for bill generation, corrections, payment collection, and receipts.
Coordinate corporate/cash/credit billing requirements as applicable.
Track all investigation results and ensure reports are received from concerned departments.
Verify that all reports are complete, accurate,



and mapped to the correct patient.
Coordinate with doctors for final review and completion of MHC reports.
Compile and arrange investigation reports and final health check-up reports.
Coordinate printing, scanning, emailing, or physical dispatch of completed reports.
Maintain records of reports dispatched and follow up on pending reports.
Coordinate with corporate clients/HR teams regarding patient schedules, completion status, and report dispatch.
Maintain daily records of patient visits, completed health check-ups, billing, pending investigations, and report dispatch.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper handling of medical records.
Address patient concerns and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.
Follow up on pending cases until the complete MHC process is closed.
Ensure smooth end-to-end coordination from patient registration to final report dispatch.
