Position: Sales Consultant Overseas Hiring

Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into prospective candidates.
Counsel candidates regarding overseas job opportunities.
Handle the complete sales process from enquiry to conversion.
Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
Follow up with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain regular communication and build solid candidate relationships.
Coordinate with the recruitment and documentation teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
Experience in US and UK hiring/recruitment is preferred.
Robust sales and communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Positive knowledge of overseas recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups efficiently.
Good English communication skills.
