Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day waterproofing activities at the project site.
Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and manufacturer recommendations.
Allocate daily work areas and activities to waterproofing workers.
Monitor workmanship and ensure proper application procedures are followed
Monitor daily material usage and maintain consumption records
Supervise waterproofing applicators and labourers.
Monitor daily manpower and productivity.
