Role Summary:
Responsible for monitoring and operating production equipment, ensuring secure and efficient plant operations, maintaining process records, supporting quality compliance, and handling emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate plant equipment and process parameters.
Ensure secure, smooth, and effective production operations.
Maintain production records, log sheets, and checklists.
Coordinate with workers to achieve production targets.
Identify and report process or equipment abnormalities.
Ensure proper shift handover to the next operator.
Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Respond effectively during emergency situations.
