Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and separation.
• Lead manpower planning and ensure timely fulfilment of departmental requirements.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and workplace conduct.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws.
• Monitor attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Drive performance management, training & development, and employee retention initiatives.
• Prepare and review HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and other management reports.
• Partner with HODs and senior management to address workforce and operational HR requirements.
• Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain a positive, qualified, and service-oriented workplace culture.

Job Expectations





Qualifications & Experience :

• Robust experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Labour Compliance.
• Valuable knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and hospitality HR practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/MIS reporting.
• Candidates with experience in Luxury Hotels / Resorts / 5-Star Hospitality will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum Job Experience

8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in a reputed hotel, resort, or hospitality organization.
