In-process and final inspection of CTL & Slitting material.
Check thickness, width, length, squareness, flatness, burr & surface defects.
Verify material grade, coil number and traceability.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Thickness Gauge etc.
Identify, segregate and report non-conforming material.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Coordinate with Production for quality issues and corrective actions.
Follow SOP, Control Plan, 5S and safety requirements
