Must-Have

Application Packaging
Create and maintain MSI, MSIX or App-V and IntuneWinpackages.
Repackage legacy applications using industry-standard tools.
Perform application compatibility assessments.
Package applications for Windows 10 and Windows 11 settings.

Deployment Management
Deploy applications using Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Ivanti where applicable.
Define deployment rings, pilot groups, rollback approach, and compliance reporting.
Troubleshoot failed deployments and provide L3 support for complex package issues.

Automation and Scripting
Develop PowerShell scripts for silent installation, detection methods, uninstall automation, registry changes, and custom deployment requirements.
Standardize reusable scripts and templates for package creation and validation.

Prepare packaging design documents and deployment notes.
Document installation, validation, rollback, and troubleshooting procedures.
Review testing reports, UAT evidence, and knowledge base articles.
