Role & Responsibilities:

Need a Communications Specialist with solid sense of responsibility and accountability towards their work.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication via email, WhatsApp, phone calls with drivers, logistics team members, and company leadership.
Reading, understanding, and replying to emails CLEARLY and PROMPTLY.
Tracking of logistics vehicles via GPS and updating the same ACCURATELY and PROMPTLY.
Following up with drivers for loading and unloading of vehicles regularly.
Preparing and sending daily emails to customers with updates about vehicle positions and schedules.
Keeping track of renewal of all vehicle-related documents such as insurance, PUC, etc.

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in ACCURATE AND PROMPT correspondence and communication
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY for their work and avoiding mistakes.
