Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory
Explain the Egocentric AI Data Collection Project in a transparent and straightforward manner
Generate and convert leads into project participants
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and communities
Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
Record field activities and maintain reports using a smartphone
Represent IndiVillage professionally during all field interactions

Candidate Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate




Freshers are welcome to apply
Prior experience in field sales, marketing, business development, or customer acquisition is an advantage
Good communication skills in the regional language and/or Hindi, as applicable to the assigned location
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with daily field work
Basic smartphone proficiency
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
