We are looking for a solid Finance/Accounting professional with hands-on experience in Bid & Tender Management, commercial calculations, and quote preparation within an IT/System Integrator workplace.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Strong background in Accounting and Finance with 5+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience in Bid & Tender Management and commercial documentation.
Preparation and validation of customer quotations, commercial bids, and pricing sheets.
Strong knowledge of interest calculations, financial calculations, margins, and costing.
Experience in analyzing RFP/RFQ commercial requirements and preparing bid responses.
Valuable understanding of taxes, payment terms, credit terms, and commercial conditions.
Strong Excel skills for costing, pricing, and financial analysis.
Ability to coordinate with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Finance teams during the bidding process.
