About the Role
We’re looking for a Music Marketing & Artist Growth Manager to take ownership of the marketing campaign for an upcoming independent hip-hop album, supported by solid visuals, music videos and a library of original content.
This is not a generic digital-marketing or social-media role. We're looking for someone with robust marketing experience who can combine digital marketing with creative strategy, pitching, collaborations, outreach and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute the 3-month album marketing strategy
• Plan and manage digital campaigns across Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms
• Develop audience-growth and content-promotion strategies
• Lead outreach to influencers, creators, music pages, media, curators, artists and relevant industry contacts
• Pitch the artist and release and pursue collaborations, features and promotional opportunities
• Identify opportunities beyond conventional paid advertising




• Work with the creative team to develop a content strategy and help plan the release rollout and distribution strategy across relevant platforms
• Use relevant AI tools, automation and analytics technologies to improve research, outreach, content distribution and campaign efficiency
• Work closely with the artist and creative team on releases, visuals, content and overall positioning.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates with experience working in creative or cultural spaces such as creators, influencers, media, music, entertainment, etc.

• Proven experience in creative or cultural marketing such as music, creators, influencers, entertainment, media etc.
• Demonstrable results from previous campaigns
• Robust understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
• Strong pitching, communication and outreach skills
• Identify and pursue opportunities beyond paid advertising, including organic growth, partnership
