The Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Associate to work closely with the Founder’s Office, primarily across Influencer Marketing, LinkedIn and Event Marketing.
What you’ll do:
• Identify, reach out to and manage LinkedIn & Instagram influencers/creators
• Build and maintain an influencer database and outreach pipeline
• Coordinate influencer campaigns, partnerships and follow-ups
• Research LinkedIn creators, content trends and campaign performance
• Support marketing and branding for offline events, workshops and community meetups
• Capture on-ground event content and coordinate quick content shoots
• Track outreach, engagement and campaign performance
Who we are looking for?
• 6 months–1 year of experience in influencer/creator marketing
• Freshers with strong internship, freelance or college society experience in influencer marketing can apply
• Prior experience dealing with or managing influencers is important
• Existing network/database of LinkedIn creators is a solid plus
• Solid communication, outreach and coordination skills
• Positive understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram
• Based in Gurugram and comfortable working from office 3–4 days/week
