Role: Team Leader – Real Estate Sales – Bangalore
CTC: ₹5–14 LPA fixed + team and individual performance incentives

We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Team Leader to manage, mentor and drive a team of Real Estate Consultants. You will own team productivity, lead management, site visits, conversions, bookings and monthly revenue targets, and build a high-performance sales culture. The core of the role is not just personal sales but building a productive team, a strong pipeline and consistent delivery of the team's booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management
• Lead a team of Real Estate Consultants and set explicit individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily activity, productivity and performance; run daily huddles, performance reviews and pipeline discussions.
• Ensure discipline, attendance and adherence to company SOPs; motivate and coach the team to hit targets.





Sales & Revenue
• Own the team's monthly booking and revenue targets across the full cycle, from lead allocation to booking closure.
• Monitor pipelines, spot opportunities for immediate closure, and step in on important meetings, negotiations and high-value or difficult deals.
• Ensure the team maintains enough site visits and active prospects to achieve targets.

Lead Management
• Ensure leads are contacted promptly and handled per lead-management policies.
• Monitor lead quality, follow-ups and ageing; reactivate neglected or dormant leads.
• Ensure full utilisation of leads and complete, accurate CRM updates.

Performance Monitoring
• Track calls, conversations, follow-ups, meetings, site visits, negotiations and bookings.
• Review conversion at every funnel stage, create corrective plans for underperformers, and report regularly to management.

Training & Development
• Train recent consul
