About Deltic
Deltic is the electric mobility brand of Delta Autocorp Limited, an NSE Emerge-listed Indian EV company founded in 2016. We design, manufacture and market electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers, including e-scooters, e-rickshaws, loaders and other commercial electric vehicles, with a focus on practical, reliable and cost-effective mobility solutions for the Indian market.

Today, Deltic has a presence across India with 350+ dealers and a growing product portfolio. We operate two manufacturing facilities, in West Bengal and Delhi NCR, and continue to invest in product development, engineering and our retail and dealer ecosystem.

We are at an exciting stage of our journey: moving from building a business to building a national brand and a high-performing sales organisation. We are not looking for someone to simply manage what already exists. We are looking for someone who wants to help build what comes next.

About the Role
This is not a conventional sales management role.



The position requires you to work closely with the Founder & CEO on building and scaling the business.

We are looking for someone who knows how to create business, open markets, build channels and drive sales in a competitive, challenger-brand environment, where sales have to be actively created rather than generated primarily by existing brand pull.

You will have a large canvas, with the opportunity to shape our markets, dealer network, sales organisation, processes and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive national sales and revenue growth across our 2W and 3W businesses
• Build and expand the dealer and distribution network across India
• Identify, appoint, onboard and activate current dealers and channel partners
• Improve the productivity, retail sales and ROI of existing dealers
• Develop recent territories and create business in markets where the brand is not yet solid
