The Role
You will own paid acquisition across client accounts and for Iconic Edge itself. This is not a button-pushing role. You will plan campaigns, set up tracking, manage budgets, test ad angles with our content team, and be accountable for cost per lead and lead quality. You will work directly with the founder.
What You Will Do
Build channel and budget plans for each client based on goal, audience and ticket size
Launch and manage Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
Run LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads, Lead Gen Forms and Meta retargeting funnels
Set up GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API and LinkedIn Insight Tag
Run structured A/B tests on audiences,
hooks, creatives and landing pages
Cut wasted spend every week and track lead quality with sales feedback, not just form fills
Send weekly snapshots and monthly reports, and explain results to clients in plain language
What You Must Have
3 to 6 years of hands-on PPC experience with budgets you personally managed
Proven B2B or high-ticket lead generation results you can show with real numbers
Robust command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, plus working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Ability to set up conversion tracking, GA4 and GTM without depending on a developer
Explicit communication and the confidence to present numbers to founders
Positive to Have
Google Ads and Meta certifications
Looker Studio dashboards and CRM integrations
Experience with founder-led content as an ad format
