About the Role
We are looking for a Tax Manager – Direct Tax & Audit with strong practical exposure to Income Tax, Tax Audit and Statutory Audit assignments.
Mandatory Requirements
Currently working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) Firm – Mandatory
Currently residing in Navi Mumbai – Mandatory
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a CA Firm
Robust hands-on experience in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing
Practical experience in Tax Audit – Form 3CA, 3CB & 3CD
Experience in Statutory Audit
Valuable knowledge of TDS/TCS, AIS, TIS and Form 26AS reconciliation
Ability to independently handle client assignments and statutory deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Preparation, review and filing of ITRs for Individuals, Firms, LLPs and Companies.
Preparation and review of Tax Audit Reports – 3CA/3CB/3CD.
Handling Tax Audit and Statutory Audit assignments.
Tax computations, reconciliations and direct tax compliances.
Handling Income Tax notices and related submissions.
TDS/TCS compliance and reconciliation.
Review of financial statements and identification of tax implications.
Client coordination and independent assignment management.
Qualification
Candidates with relevant experience and practical exposure, including:
B.Com | M.Com | CA Dropout | CA Inter | Newly Qualified CA | CMA
Newly qualified CAs with strong practical exposure to taxation and audit may also be considered, subject to the mandatory experience and current employment requirements.
