Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for software development and SEO services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts,



and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, collaborating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client requirements, and monitoring market trends and competitors. The Business Development Manager will prepare regular sales reports, contribute to revenue forecasts, and support strategic planning to expand the company’s market presence.
