About the Role
PTSI is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to lead the identification and hiring of skilled specialists for our design/project requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in headhunting and sourcing professionals and the ability to identify suitable talent for specialised technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Proactively headhunt and source suitable professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, skilled networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify candidates with relevant project and industry experience.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against defined technical and experience criteria.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming onsite requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Support the development of a talent pool for recurring and specialised engineering requirements.
Candidate Profile
• Needs to be a Graduate.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or engineering hiring.
• Proven experience in headhunting Civil / Structural Engineering professionals.
• Good understanding of Civil and Structural Engineering profiles, roles, and technical skill sets.
• Robust sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, job portals, and other professional sourcing platforms.
