Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to oversee end-to-end software development, deployment, and technical team management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Oversee frontend, backend, database, API development, and system integration.
Manage, mentor, and allocate tasks to developers; monitor productivity and project progress.
Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance.
Handle server management, hosting, production deployment, and troubleshooting.




Plan project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely project completion.
Coordinate with management and take ownership of technical decisions and team performance.

Requirements
Solid full-stack development knowledge and practical coding experience.
End-to-end deployment and server management experience.
Proficiency in relevant frontend, backend, database, and API technologies.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience with AI applications and SaaS platforms is an added advantage.
