Role Description The Digital Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves supporting and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, messaging platforms, and other online channels to promote the center’s services and special programs. Daily responsibilities include creating and posting content, assisting with basic graphic or video coordination, monitoring engagement and inquiries, and responding to prospective and existing clients in a timely and qualified manner.
Qualifications
• Solid Communication skills for clear writing, speaking, and online interaction with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform basic Market Research to understand audience needs, local competition, and digital trends.




• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and support a positive client experience.
• Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist in lead generation, follow-up, and promoting services and packages.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and online promotion.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in office in Mumbai and collaborating with wellness and therapy professionals.
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is an added advantage.
