Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter (Fresher) role based in Tiruchirappalli. The recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for various IT and technical positions. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in offer negotiations and onboarding processes.



The recruiter will also help improve recruitment processes, update recruitment reports, and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify and evaluate talent for software and technology roles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Hiring processes, including interview coordination and offer management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively in a team, and manage multiple hiring requirements with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and familiarity with job portals or social media
