About bEarlybEarly is a Chennai-based deep-tech medical technology company that has developed and commercialised paceB, an AI-integrated system for objective, quantifiable assessment of gait and foot function. The platform supports clinicians across neurology, foot care, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy.
We are seeking a commercially minded product marketer to strengthen paceB’s positioning, clinical credibility, qualified demand, and market adoption while partnering closely with our Sales, Clinical, Product, and Leadership teams.

Role OverviewYou will lead product marketing and market-development programmes for paceB, covering product positioning, clinical engagement, demand generation, sales enablement, and market intelligence.
You will translate complex clinical, biomechanics, medical-device, and AI capabilities into clear,



credible messaging that helps healthcare professionals and organisations understand, evaluate, and adopt the product.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning and Go-to-Market
• Define and maintain differentiated positioning, value propositions, and segment-specific messaging for clinicians, clinical teams, and hospital decision-makers.
• Translate medical-device, gait-analysis, biomechanics, and AI capabilities into transparent, compliant, and compelling customer communication.
• Develop presentations, brochures, case studies, website copy, FAQs, competitive materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Lead marketing support for product launches, feature releases, and recent-market initiatives.

Demand Generation and Market Development
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels, webinars, CME programmes, conferences, workshops, and strategic partnerships.
