Your Role:
• Speak with prospective buyers and understand their budget, preferences and timelines.
• Present suitable properties and explain costs accurately.
• Coordinate and attend site visits.




• Maintain lead records and timely follow-ups.
• Build relationships with clients and developer teams.
• Work towards agreed sales targets.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess a Real Estate License and a strong understanding of local Real Estate regulations and practices.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and demonstrated experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including relationship building, client communication, and issue resolution.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts, including property valuation, market trends, and basic transaction processes.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages such as Hindi and Marathi is an advantage.
